Project Deposits

Deposits and approved milestones reserve production time and are generally non-refundable once planning, design, development, or campaign work begins.

Monthly Services

Retainers cover the agreed billing period, including strategy, coordination, execution, review time, and reserved team capacity.

Print Production

Print orders cannot usually be refunded after artwork approval or production start. Verified production faults may be reviewed for replacement or correction.
